'Watchmen' is a film that challenges the medium for comic book adaptations.Set in an alternate 1985 it shows a world lost in hope and their only chance is the Watchmen. But after the keen act has been passed all costumed heroes besides the ones who work for the government have been outlawed. But after the mysterious death of The Comedian, one of the members of the Watchmen, the Watchmen must band together to solve the murder while the U.S. and the Soviet Union are at the brink of nuclear warfare. The story is incredibly intelligent and the acting is award worthy. The visual affects and special affects are fantastic. It's a must see film.
