The Watch(2012)- User Reviews

My husband chose this movie tonight and I am sorry I allowed him to choose the movie without looking at the reviews Ahead of time. I usually like these actors, but have lost most of what respect I once have for them for starring in this movie. Not only was this film a complete waste of time, but it was shallow, completely unfunny and downright perverted. The complete lack of storyline alone would have turned me off but add to that all of the immature, perverted humour, full frontal nudity scene (Which my husband and I totally did not appreciate seeing on our romantic movie night by the way), and unnecessary gore, and this movie not only becomes an utterly ridiculous waist of time, but a perverted porno about alien. In fact, they probably should have just called it "Porno about Aliens." If I ever want to see a completely idiotic/ immature type comedy, I'll go back to Adam Sandler because at least he's charming about it and at least the women leave their clothes on in his movies. Ben Stiller and Vince Vaugn, I loved you both once, but if you continue starring in ridiculous, waist- of- time, down- right perverted films I am no longer interested in watching your movies or supporting you as actors. Jonah Hill, I understand why you did this movie, this kind of movie seems to be your cup of tea from what I've seen of you, and I have no idea who Richard Ayoade is, but sadly, he was the only one who was even remotely funny in this and that was only because he reminded me of Jemaine from flight of the conshords. Please, if you have any taste don't see this movie. It was hands down, the worst movie I've ever seen and if I could I would give it a zero I would because it was that bad. Seriously, at least Barney knows he's annoying, I would rather sit through 2 hours of that!
