War Horse(2011)- User Reviews

I love horses and couldn't wait to see this movie.....so I read the book. Big mistake. At one point, I thought the only similarity to the book was that there was a war and there was a horse. I'm not sure why so much was drastically changed (The Help was different from the book, too, but not to the extent this was). The movie is good and It's too bad more more people didn't see it (it's already dropped down to #9). Some movies need to be seen on a big screen and this is one of them. But do yourself a favor and read the book, too.
