Walk Hard was hilarious, and an all-time favorite. The movie spoofs quite a number of excellent music biopics, and does them all in a lush, epic, and hugely funny fashion while still maintaining respect for the lampooned musical genres. Everything from blues to country to folk is covered. And the soundtrack is unbelievably catchy, and true to form. The cast, stunning in its depth of talent, delivers again and again. Jenna Fisher has never been funnier. Tim Meadows is great. And John C Reilly has never been better. Make sure to check out Director's Cut, which includes cameos of many 70s tv stars.
