Well this is not a bad movie as a movie... But it doesn't seem to be from same vein as the first movies in the series and doesn't really explain how or why they have become the way they are as unisols.
Also if you we're looking for a jean Claude movie this isn't it. He hardly appears in the movie until the final fight which didn't have any of Vandamme moves in it....
If the back story was fleshed out a little better they could of used this a reboot of the movies ????
