A guy gets the job as a new manager of a low rated t.v station and tries to beat their rivals in the ratings by coming up with crazy off the wall shows. A crazy comedy starring Weird Al Yankovich that brings some fun and laughs but at times it is dumb and has things that make no sense. It has a entertaining story but does not live up to it's comedy expectations.
