This movie is the best car movie of all time!!!! For a low budget film, this movie delivers all of the essentials of a cult classic. Although, there isn't much dialogue in the movie..it is easily understood what is going on in the film. There are some great quotes in the movie as well as some slight comedy. Warren Oates is wonderful as GTO!!! James Taylor is great as the driver!!! Dennis Wilson is brilliant as the mechanic!!! Although, Laurie Bird who plays the girl..well I think she could've been better..she wasn't all that attractive..couldn't sing well..seemed too young for the part.. All in all there are also some great drag racing scenes that will leave you wanting more!! Great movie to watch in the winter when you're thinking of the race track.
