Trouble with the Curve(2012)- User Reviews

Great movie in nearly every way....Eastwood was perfect in this role. The only disappointment was Joe Massingill as Bo Gentry. His swing was clearly NOT even college caliber. The film needed a little more athletic major league prospect to finish it out. That said, the real story was about Eastwood's character, and Adams & Timberlake helped Eastwood to define the part with perfection. Their riveting performances helped me overlook the weak athleticism as well as the not-very-believable insanity of the Braves front office when they pretty much went "all in" for an untested prospect.
