Let me start off by saying that Tropic Thunder despite some mild flaws is aboustely hilarious. The film is just about up there with other great comedies like Superbad, The Hangover, 40-Year Old Virgin and other great comedies. The film series Ben Stiller, Robert Downey Jr., Jay Baruchel, Steve Coogan, Brandon T. Jackson, Danny McBride, Bill Hader, Nick Nolte, Matthew McConaughey and in an aboustely hilarious role Tom Cruise. The movie is directed by Ben Stiller.

Now like always i will start off with the acting in the movie which is just terrfic. Robert Downey Jr. basically steals the movie as Kirk Lazarus. He has lot's and lot's of hilarious one liners. Ben Stiller gives one of his best and funniest performances in years as actor Tugg Speedman. Jack Black, Brandon T.Jackson, Bill Hader, Jay Baruchel, Danny McBride, Nick Nolte and Steve Coogan all deliver very funny performances as we'll. The acting is just fantastic in this movie. However surprisngly the funniest performance in the movie comes from Tom Cruise who has very few scenes but steals every single scene he's in. I honsetly couldn't stop laughing at him. His character's dance scenes also hilarious. The best part of the part though in my opinion is the screenplay. Their are just so many funny and clever classic one-liners and alot of them are from Tom Cruise and Robert Downey Jr. Ben Stiller also does a great job directing in this movie when he's acting at the same time.

What i also love about Tropic Thunder is the story is just abousstely hilarious. The visuals are great and so are the locations of the movie. The chemistry between the main characters Ben Stiller, Robert Downey Jr., Jack Black, Jay Barunchel and Brandon T. Jackson really works and honsetly because of that i wouldn't mind seeing a sequel with these characters again. Although i'm 100% percent down with them making a spin-off with Tom Cruise character. Can't wait for it.

Now i did have a mild big problem with the movie. During the second half of the movie it does drag a bit and is a little bit to long. So because of that i do think it brings down the second half a little bit. But overall i highly enjoyed this film.

So all in all Tropic Thunder is a must see comedy and is aboustely hilarious. So defintley check it out if you haven't yet. Due to some problems i give it the third highest grade and A-.
