It was moderately entertaining, but also a little slow throughout. I never really liked any of the characters, including the boy, except the cyborg had some personality.

There were too many cheesy jokes and stupid moments such as the creature that makes fart sounds to communicate. The robot was terrible! It was basically a Disney version of Jar Jar Binks. Really little kids might think it was funny but once you hit 1st grade that wears off. The love connection between the doctor and the captain wasn't in depth enough.

So, all in all it was a mediocre film and not one of Disney's best.
