Most of the time I hate remakes. I mean there is almost no original scripts being made in to movies anymore.

But this movie is so different from the original that it can stand alone as its own movie. The action was great. The acting was good. I was worried about Colin Farrell taking the lead. I mean also took the lead in the remake of "Fright Night" And to me that movie sucked.

But he was ok in this version of "Total Recall"

To me Kate Beckinsale and Jessica Biel are the real stars of this movie. I loved the original. But I really like this one. To me the only thing missing was the humor from the first one.
