The movie is an inappropriate egress of what could have been a decent story. In other words it is painful to watch. Not funny, not dramatic, and certainly not romantic. Dwarfism should be recognized in a contemporary setting, how ever not in the worst …more»0 of 0 people found this review helpful-

How can four decent actors star in such a wretched film?! Tiptoes is nothing more than a poorly executed dwarf fetish film. Stay away! Do not give it two hours of your life. In the words of a friend, this movie was not released...it escaped.more»0 of 1 people found this review helpful-

Poorly written and directed - at times it seems like the writer tried to educate the audiance about "little people" and not in a very subtle way. Gery Oldman is ok but not enough to save the movie - the script is just too poorly written.more»1 of 3 people found this review helpful-

Good story. Too bad they chose a horrible actor as M. McConaughey to be the leading character. He's horrible and does not measure up to the grandeur of any of his three co-stars (Arquette, Oldman, and Beckinsale).more»2 of 8 people found this review helpful-

It cracks me up that so many people in their review is callung this the worst movie they ever saw. To me that is a little to harsh for a decent movie. Sure this may not have been the best film you have seen , but it is by far not the worst. The story …more»2 of 2 people found this review helpful-

Sometimes You Watch Movies like this and you wonder just why you rented them in the first place.
Questions to be asked.
1) How did they get good actors and actresses in these roles?
2) How did they get a bunch of "Little People" to actually …more»3 of 4 people found this review helpful
