I loved the visuals in this one. They obviously had some very talented people working on the backgrounds of Asgard and the cosmos.
Most of the cast were very good. Chris Hemsworth, Anthony Hopkins and Tom Hiddleston were perfect for their roles.
However, I thought it was poorly written overall, with parts of the story being inconsistent, especially the parts involving Loki.
It doesn't make sense that they spend so much money on a fine cast and wonderful special effects, but yet they cannot come up with a more intelligently-written story.
