I felt this was a complete movie experience. My thoughts, the key aspects of the casting and weak dynamics in the high tech environment in which the movie goer spends so much time could have been so much better for the bottom line of this movie. Tom Hardy and his "awful crooked teeth", tattoos galore made for more distraction than screen presence. His bio doesn't support his photo and you can't believe everything you read about this guy being a U.K. heart throb unless you get hot for Keith Richards or Mick Jagger. The female obscenity rating has reached a five star rating similar to what you could expect from a stand up comedian like Chelsa Handler.

I really enjoyed this movie. Lot's of belly laughs and the lead actors are all gorgeous. The chemistry between the male leads as best friends/competitors was great. Yes, the action scenes are over the top (but still fun to watch), but that's what makes it a comedy, not a serious movie. My only complaint is that the guy I was rooting for didn't win the girl!

Yes, she did pick the wrong guy, and the wife, what was her problem? She really didn't like him as a travel agent, but then when she found out he wasn't, THEN she was attracted to him again? ...What??

When writing a review it helps to actually say what you didn't like about it rather than just saying "it's stupid" and you "hated it!"

If I knew anything about this movie my wife could not have dragged me to see it, if Witherspoon is in it I am not going to be there.

this reviewer sounds like a retarded shill. If the director #$%$ in a reel of film, ran it through a projector and hit play it would have been better than this. Even the dialogue would have improved. Pure dreck.

What do critics know? They judge by Oscar worthy. So what. It was such an enjoyable movie from beginning until the end. It was funny and entertaining.

Witherspoon wasn't in "When in Rome", that was Kristen Bell.

I don't like comedies as a rule but I found this light hearted and amusing. It wasn't stupid or slapstick. It had enough romance and action to balance it out too. No, it wasn't a 'great' movie but that wasn't what they were going for. I enjoyed it.

Loved it. I went to see it mostly because of Tom Hardy. He's a brilliant actor, who always does so well in his characters. Chris Pine is ok, but not quite the actor Hardy is. Too bad the critics (who were mostly men it seems) couldn't look past the director to just sit and enjoy the movie. I noticed that the audience seemed to like it very much.

can anyone tell me how long it is? And I say if you don't like Chris Pines, why are you even going to the movie. I loved him in every movie I've seen him in---including the Princess Diaries 2!! He was a GREAT James T Kirk in Star Trek!!!

This was a comedy not a romance @Childish. It's not an Oscar performance generator but so what. This is strictly an attempt to bring laughter to the silver screen. Just slap stick fun. Not the best written I agree, but not the worse. I'd be fair and rate it a C.

This is so fun!!! It's a mixure of love commedy and action!! I liked how she handled two guys and the friendship between them!! I really enjoyed this movie and recommend it for fun!!! I love it!!

going next week to see. can't wait
