Okay so, I know this movie was released in 2003 but I just watched it last month. Overall I loved the movie. I think the acting is just amazing. They make it look so real. Like you're actually watching Tracy's life from heaven or something. It's definitely a movie I will remember. Some of the scenes were actually quite scary and disturbing but it just makes you want to watch every detail of it, especially if you're in your teens. Everyone can relate to it somehow. Maybe not the sex, drugs or whatnot but just wanting to fit in, being in the 'it' gang. That's what made me love it so much. I thought Nikki Reed was just really great in this movie and she co-wrote it which is just really cool too. Evan Rachel Wood was just amazing in this film. I think she's a great actress and Holly Hunter was just 'wow'. What I also think is interesting is how the some of the actors are quite young but the way they perform the characters is just phenomenal. Each and every actor in this movie is just outstanding. The storyline although is actually quite straightforward. Like good-girl gone bad but it is something that happens a lot. I think watching this with your parents would be kind of strange. Personally I think this movie is meant for teenagers not parents because it gives a lesson to teens not so much parents. Of course it would be totally fine if a parent saw this movie because this is something that's part of a teenagers life that parents should understand and be careful of. I think this movie has a huge lesson behind it.
