This movie may truly be the worst movie I have ever paid to be subjected to. I really feel like I have been cheated out of two hours of my life. It really cannot even claim the title of a movie, as it had no point and no story -- just a lot of nothingness …more»1 of 4 people found this review helpful-

Poorly directed, ridiculous dialog, poorly written, bad acting - I want my money back. I think some of my brain cells died because I sat through the whole movie. Truly, truly dreadful. Kevin Costner can't act and Joan Allen is overrated in reviews …more»3 of 8 people found this review helpful-

While viewing this atrocious film, one hour seemed like two and two like four. If Kevin Costner thinks this is his "comeback" film, he's wrong because it's so long, slow moving and lamentable, it'll be out of my theater in two weeks. …more»12 of 30 people found this review helpful-

This movie is terrible. I felt like a complete idiot for spending my money to see it. Undoubtedly, the acting was good. I like Kevin Costner, and Joan Allen did a great job, but that did not make up for the preposterous storyline that teems with pointlessly …more»2 of 5 people found this review helpful-

First ask what do you like in movies. This movie lacks, coherence, plot, theme, structure, character development. It's "Ordinary People" without the People. It has plenty of drama -- melodrama. Sophisticated art-film types will not like …more»1 of 4 people found this review helpful-

The latest romantic-comedy available to rent and own on DVD is Mike Binder's 'The Upside of Anger'. I meant to go see it while it was still playing in the movie theaters …more»0 of 0 people found this review helpful
