The Trigger Effect(1996)- User Reviews

This was the most disappointing movie I have ever seen. It was suspenseful, and interesting, but left me wondering if the writers were high? A psychopath guns down one of the main characters and steals their car, I get it, but the guy runs a total of FIVE miles to see some dude at a farmhouse, when he is turned down for help, runs FIVE miles back to the car to get the shotgun just to run FIVE miles BACK to the farmhouse, and the guy simply gives him a ride?? Then it flashes back to the town, where the power is mysteriously back on and no lingering effects from that....no explanation, nothing. Just some lame poem about a baseball game with winners losing. Pooooooor me for watching it.
