Writing blasphemy to offend people of faith, particularly of Judeaic or Christian faith is a tiresome fetish of the slimy side of Hollywood. When true creativity or insight or is lacking in a would-be director, he (or she) resorts to causing affront to America's Bible belt.
If you applaud such endeavours and enjoy watching subpar "B" grade movies (and don't mind that some people find that this sort of thing is a better use of money than feeding orphans or educating victims of war or famine) by all means spend as much money as possible to buy this movie. God will deal with your conscience at a later date. Feel smug in your participation in baiting and hazing the Church.
Otherwise, take my word for it, cleaning your oven or the corners of your laundry room will be a more enjoyable and worthwhile use of your time than looking at the absolute idiocy and inanity of this director's work product.
