c_colorado is missing the whole point. The whole point of having zoe in the story was to show how he was mad at how we lose our children and that is why he went to Sam Dent. To keep us from losing more of our children. He wasn't in it for the money.
Like so many others before it the book was better than the movie. But I like how the director chose the main point of view to be Mr. Stevens (the lawyer).
