The Spirit took whatever Sin City had and turned it into a pile of nonsense, cheesy effects, horrible acting, and disappointment. This spontaneously irritating comic book adaptation is from the creator of Sin City, well, director. Mixing his talent with a story this ridiculous was a disaster right from the start. Not even Samual L. Jackson could safe this abomination.
All and all, The Spirit seems like a complete remake of Sin City.
