On our first date, I took my future wife to Rocky in 1978. It used to run twice nightly every Saturday night in Belmar NJ. The line used to be around the building to get in and sometimes we'd catch both shows.

We just saw it on TV last night and immediately broke in to all the audience cues. Our two boys looked at us as if we had lost our minds. But it's just not as much fun watching at home

This is a great movie to see in a theater with a full theater and a knowledgable audience that knows when to talk, what to say, when to throw something, etc.. In later years the audience would show up dressed as their favorite characters and act out the movie under the screen while it was playing.
