I saw this movie in high school (as a Punisher fan back then, too) and I thought it sucked. To all you folks that said Lundgren captured the essence of the character or did a better job than Tom Jane, consider this: Tom Jane sitting in a ratty apartment taking inventory of an arsenal vs. Dolph Lundgren meditating and doing aroma therapy -- naked -- in a sewer. "Why does God hate me..." Because you're hanging out in a swer naked. That's why.

Ol' Frank was always a crazy character, but not the "light a few candles and have a little me-time in a sewer" crazy.
