This movie looked really interesting to me. But I was pretty disappointed. It just felt so flat and had no emotional strength. They just touched on the negatives to fracking but never followed up with more information or emotions behind that. It's like they just threw up that roadblock to create some drama but never followed through.
Acting was just ok. I felt that Damon's character didn't make sense. He had such an immediate character change that didn't make sense to me. He knows the company he works for and I didn't think he should have been so surprised. And the romantic relationship just seemed forced.
I just think the movie could have been so much better.
