I just watched the movie. Not very realistic. I have negotiated an oil and gas lease and have producing wells right now. Most big companies test water before and after fracing. It's not perfect, but they take every precaution possible to make it environmentally friendly. They don't want to be taken to court every 10 minutes. Money can be a good thing and it can change the lives of people in need. Our experience has been fine. I wish they could have made the movie more accurate. It's just a movie, not reality.
