I'm not surprised by all the negative reviews, prompted by calls for Rush listeners to trash it seem to be effective. I HIGHLY doubt that ANY of the even …more»3 of 5 people found this review helpful-

Movie did not portray how oil and gas leasing actually takes place. The get in, get out attitude on the part of the oil company representatives is bogus. I have found oil and gas companies to be concerned about the communities they work in, not only …more»3 of 4 people found this review helpful-

I thought this movie was a tender Hollywood rendition of the kinds of conflicts that are tearing communities apart right now over this freaking Fracking, all over America. Sure one farmer may luck out and there are no spills or blowouts and his neighbor …more»0 of 2 people found this review helpful-

If I could have given this movie zero stars I would have. Poor script (Possible do to the rewrites) to make a political agenda that is poorly conceived. Maybe he should have check to see how 'Gasland' was discredited before making a movie like …more»3 of 5 people found this review helpful-

fracking fracking fracking. it's hard to say -- should people do it or not? It's how natural gas companies mine natural gas --- which gets us natural gas, a fuel "safer" than oil or coal, causing less overall pollution, and arguably less wars (over oil), …more»4 of 5 people found this review helpful-

I must admit after reading mixed reviews, I approached this movie with hesitation. Although not the typical High action, mega special effects, blood and guts, fantasy and hilarity, that are high on the movie choice list, it is nice to see a thought provoking …more»8 of 10 people found this review helpful
