Anything I have to say about THE PRINCESS BRIDE has already been said a thousand times. What I can say is that since seeing it in fourth grade, it has slowly dawned on me that this movie is flawless. In fourth grade, I was excited to be watching a movie in school that involved swordfights. From my teacher's introduction of it, I had the feeling that this was a "big deal". From watching the movie I had the feeling that something wasn't right. I was laughing one minute and then disgusted at all the kissing the next. Baffled by giant rodents here. On the edge of my seat during a duel-to-the-death there. Well it's been a long time since I went outside to recess, picked up a stick and said to my friend: "Hello, my name is Inigo Montoya. You killed my father prepare to die." I still do that.
