Little Tijuana,a black girl in New Orleans,has dreams of running a family cafe. But when she's turned into a frog by the sinister shadow man from having kissed a frog that really is a prince,Tijuana has to undo the dirty deed.
The two frogs take a trip to the colorful bayou swampland and meet with a fat and ugly but nice enough witch who gives them a chance to undo the spell. Once the two frogs are married and then kiss,they are returned to their human form,he is the prince again and Tijuana is a make believe princess and her dream cafe happens.
