The Prestige(2006)- User Reviews

The Prestige is a really good edge-of-your-seat magician movie, but it's not the mind-bending masterpiece it wants to be. I figured out the twist well before it ended. If you watch the movie looking for the twist you'll find it if you're sharp enough. It is also very dark, for the whole movie is two rival magicians trying to kill each other through their tricks that they're trying to steal from each other. If you want to know the victor in The Illusionist vs. The Prestige battle, The Prestige wins, but in both movies you have to pay close attention or you'll miss the twist.
