This is the last and worst entry in the NAKED GUN series. I loved the first one, enjoyed the second one, but this third one is lame and unfunny. This movie opens with a hilarious scene that had me almost in tears because I was laughing so hard. The rest of the movie can't live up to the opening scene though!
The story here is really dull and just a poor excuse for more jokes (but most of these fall flat). It feels like this movie is filled the rejected jokes of the first two movies and with that being said, it isn't funny. It's actually pretty lame.
Leslie Nielson tries his best here but the other actors don't even seem to be trying. The actor playing the villan in this movie didn't seem the least bit threatening or evil. In the first two movies, the villans were convincing bad guys.
Overall, the first scene is the best (and only funny) part of this entire movie. Not recommended, just stick to the first two movies and you'll be fine.
