The Master in my opinion I rate:
unwatchable. This film goes nowhere. You just want to walk away from it over and over! There really is no plot, just nonsense. Phillip Seymour Hoffman is very good as usual, but again this film is so bad he cannot save it. Please do not waste your time like I did. I don't know what the direction the director was trying go here, but it does lead towards psycho and alcoholism. Also a bit of a cult following. This is awful.
