If for no other reason, the pairing of Barbra Streisand and Ryan O'Neal is the reason to watch this flaccid comedy about boxing. As they proved in the fabulous 1972 comedy, "What's Up, Doc?" their comedic timing and chemistry is perfect, and when they are on screen together, the results are truly funny! However, this movie lacks a smart script, and many of the jokes and situations are extremely lame. Streisand and O'Neal do manage to rise above the material, and what follows is a completely formulamatic comedy that just happens to feature two superstars.
