A basic good guy versus bad guy flick. Action is really well Directed. Good ensemble of actors help make this better than more recent Crime Action films. Being an Arnold fan only helps your enjoyment of this film. Forest Whitaker is very solid in his role. Good development of characters and lots of humor throughout film. Car chase scenes are really fun to watch also. This is a good film to mark Arnold's return. Not on the level of Terminator or Predator, but definitely as good or better than Commando or Raw Deal.
