My 9 year old daughter and I just watched this movie and we both loved it!! Sad to hear that they are not going to be making another one. Granted I didnt read the books or watch the series but as just a movie watcher it was beautiful, well told story and left my daughter and I wanting more to watch at the end. Cant say how disappointed we both are that there will not be another movie to continue the story.
