Synopsis

Married lesbian couple, Nic and Jules, live in a Southern California suburb with their teenage children, Joni and Laser. As Joni is preparing to leave for college, Laser asks her to help him find their biological father and against her better judgment, she locates the man who comes to meet them. Paul, an easygoing restaurateur and confirmed bachelor, is welcomed by the two moms and charms his offspring. But this change in their life exacerbates some of Jules' and Nic's relationship problems and comes to threaten the fabric of their family.
