Being seriously bullied by older boys in his new school in China, a black trnsfer student tries to get back at them by learning martial arts from a master. Even tho the black boy is the son of a single parent,his African Amer. mother is hardly around,and for the most part absent in the movie. Is tat neglect not to know what the boy is doing and being harmed by bullies?
But in the end the mother and the boy's Chinese girlfriend attend a main martial arts event and cheer him on.
