Get the professional critiques back on the pages. This used to be my number one page to visit when making a movie choice. I liked the former A-F grading system better as well. I'm looking elsewhere for movie information from now on.

Suffer. Thatcher was a demented thug as prime minister now she's just demented. Like Reagan you could see it coming, both unastute unsubtle power hungry thugs. Thats the legacy she deserves.

Awful storyline... I am so sad to say this too... how is it possible a fantastic tale that Ms Thatcher lived could be so tormented in a movie that jerks viewers back and forth from ten years ago to the farther past twenty, thirty, forty times... good grief what a wasted opportunity... so sad.

I agree with John. Yahoo movies suck now without the critics reviews. That being said - I loved the movie when I saw it this afternoon!

The storyline at times made me angry at what the Hollywood leftists had tried to do to such an extraordinary, insightful LEADER...They should have shown the proper story of Lady Thatcher's life and accomplishments in the present tense in proper order, with more of the issues better showing her point of view and reasoning. Do you remember the fantastic team she and Ronald Reagan made at their prime? We certainly need that today with the current world circumstances. Miss it so!!

I remember Thatcher, and to see in the movie how she really wanted to change things for the better was fantastic! Although during her time in power many people disagreed with what she was doing (same as Reagan).. Time did prove her right, and she will live on in history as one of the greatest leaders this world has ever known!

Hey Jeremy! Personal political leanings have nothing to do with an artitst's performance. Also, you might want to use spell check next time.

Meryl is a great actress . I did like that movie. Also did like the personality of the real Margaret regarding to the political issues.

Boring Movie. As earlier views as stated a movie about a 90 year old lady with demetia. Maybe 20% of the movie was about what she did as Prime Minister. Don't waste your money.

Spectacular performance, not only in its portrayal of a fascinating life but in its insightful portrayal of dementia. If you've ever had a parent or loved one with this tragic condition, this movie will speak to you powerfully.

I found the movie fascinating. I too am old enough to remember when Lady Thatcher was in power. Meryl Streep gives yet another brilliant performance. She actually manages to muster some sympathy out of me for Mrs. Thatcher(something I thought impossible, given my feelings about the real MT). I actually enjoyed the choppy style of the story-telling, because it set the film apart from all the other film biopics out there. There was something more original, even innovative in the way this story was told. I can understand why some people might find it confusing, but I thought it was stylish, more a work of art. And again, Streep's work in this film is really terrific. In my opinion, she is now the one to beat for the Best Actress Oscar.

Sorry, movie was just terrible. Streep tried to pull it off. She is a wonderful actress. Do not waste your money. I am glad my tickets were free. Boring, boring, did I say boring.

Hey Bo! As an undergrad in History you should know "know" and not "no" in the context that you used it.
