is very bad movie
instead of strong green guy
he is afraid of his own shadow and can't cope with the stresses of everyday life as a hulk
even though he is being chased by many people
the prerogative of the movie not on him
but on gadjets of army which is bad and undersired in the movie
and the change from the 1st movie is very much undesired as well
i would give c for this movie
the actor for 2nd hulk that was chosen was arong
for this movie and there is not that presence that actor in 1st had
strong disappointment
too much emphasis on human condition
where is not supposed to be
