This movie is good, the story is very well done, the acting too, very entertaining.
The only thing I�m not happy with is the stereotype of the main character: A juiced up grunt looking for his adrenaline dose.
There�s a real concrete and sad aspect of the Iraq war here, and that is the ammount of people dying from exploitions every day, and how difficult is to deal with this problem and how dangerous it is to be a soldier in Iraq.
But then you add the adrenaline junky main character looking for his daily action which he loves and the daily sacrifice of real life Iraq soldiers is forgotten. Its a formula that doesn�t mix well at all.
To be honest Inglorious Bastards was far better Oscar worthy, unfortunately it can be classified as "science fiction" and since it seems Oscars are against science fiction, then they had to go for this one, but definetely not better than Inglorious Bastards.
