I love when movies have big name actors in it, because it makes the movie more interesting …more»0 of 0 people found this review helpful-

This is and will probably always be my second favorite movie of all time (next to Shawshank Redemption). Sean Connery plays the Russian Captain to perfection in this underwater thriller. He is cool, calm and smart--the typical Russian "schoolmaster" …more»0 of 0 people found this review helpful-

This is a super movie set in the Cold War. Based on Tom Clancy's book by the same name, this adventure takes you under the north Atlantic. Sean Connery is outstanding in this movie. However, Alec Baldwin is flat as Jack Ryan. Harrison Ford is …more»1 of 1 people found this review helpful-

This was one fine made movie. Even though it was made back in 1990 it still hold its own. It is one of the best Sub movies around and also makes for a pretty potent recruiter for the US Navy. Sean Connery is awsome and Alec Baldwin does a fine job as …more»1 of 1 people found this review helpful-

I really like this movie. The whole story is good. A lot of times a movie based on a book can be pretty dry but not with Tom Clancy films it seems. Baldwin does a great job of going all out to help the Russian defectors. Of course Connery is great as …more»0 of 0 people found this review helpful-

That kind of makes me laugh. But a very good movie. At the time this movie came out, it was Connery's best since he left the James Bond movies (well maybe the Untouchables). Alec Baldwin, Tim Curry, James Earl Jones, and Sam Neill was also great in …more»0 of 0 people found this review helpful-

I have been a fan of The Dukes of Hazzard since Jan. 26, 1979- so it isn't tough to win me over. I mean, I have put on Dukes of Hazzard Conventions for God's sake!
So, when I read these negative reviews- it is just more indication that the critics- …more»0 of 1 people found this review helpful
