The movie was OK - but beware that it causes the viewing audience to experience some very negative emotions that could be dangerous.
While some people favor demonizing the government at every turn, that is a very old trick to let people duck their own personal responsibility. Then to take it to this extreme, where the government actually manipulates the citizenry for their own control gain, at the expense of young people & their lives, can be very scary.
