The Hunger Games(2012)- User Reviews

Ya know, why did I allow myself to fall for this insipid overhyped teenybopper flick? Now, I'm not against movies that are geared towards the younger set, I love the Twilight Saga. But with HG, there is no depth to the storyline here, no depth to the characters, no one to identify with and it's like the screenwriters or directors didn't take time to lay a better foundation for the film, to make you bond with the characters. There was so much wasted camera time, like the train ride to the big city and the other city events. I did however appreciate the makeup and costumes. I doubt seriously I would go out of my way to see the sequel to this.
