William is a good-looking young actor. He may be vain and cocky, but his doubt manifests itself in endearing self-criticism. Sarah is a beautiful singer-songwriter. Coincidence and a divinely wintry day bring them together and they begin a fevered, fitful romance. A few short weeks into their relationship, swept up in the giddy currents of their youthful love, they almost marry. But when Sarah changes her mind, William's world crumbles.
