    This movie is all about graphics and 3D. The plot was close enough to the book series to be entertaining, the actors were excellent, and it leaves you looking forward to the sequel.

    The thing is...you could easily take 40 minutes out of this movie and still tell the story quite effectively.

    Martin Freeman is brilliant. He is a young Bilbo. Great casting choice for this part.
