This movie was insightful it made me mad, and I was able to identify, about choices to confront white employers, about behaviors in the workplace. Of course it is not as bad, but in the minds of some caucasians it is. This movie also shows the beauty in some other caucasians, that helps us to celebrate the good that exist in us all.
A beautiful contrast of characters, it shows the fear, from Jim Crow, and sterotypes that we long to have removed from our society, so that progress of the human existance may prevail. I am an African American professional that have personally experienced being called a no good ***** in the workplace, with a pencil thrown at me, hitting the door beside me. So I loved this movie, it was exposure, like none I have seen on the silver screen before.
