The Guitar really deserves a lot more recognition this is a very well done film it is made for adults to watch. There are many aspects to this film that may disturb some people. I thought it was brilliant and I believe that Saffron Burrows deserved an Oscar nomination but hey Indy films are overlooked usually for the most part. This is an off the wall story where nothing is offlmits. Saffron Burrow's character is diagnosed with cancer and is told she will die in 2 months so she changes her whole life to live life to the fullest and ends up exploring many different aspects of her life including her sexuality. She figures out what her true love in the world is which many of us will never find because we are afraid to. She finds her hidden love for guitar she has had since she was a little girl but never gets to express it. It may even save her life. I highly recommend this film.
