I'm a big Ed Burns fan. This movie is boring. Constant F-words throughout-especially the softball scene. Terrible acting and very unmemorable. Sidewalks of NY and Purple Violets are much better. Burns' worst movie.more»1 of 1 people found this review helpful-

On a scale of 1 to 10 I give this romantic comedy a solid 8.5. Great story with characters that anyone can relate to. The actors were fantastic. A feel good story.more»0 of 0 people found this review helpful-

I think it's safe to say that The Groomsmen will be talked about on the same level with Clerks II. Just two major differences, in my humble opinion. 1) Edward Burns is a much better director than Kevin Smith and 2) this movie is much more consistant …more»8 of 10 people found this review helpful-

edward burns makes some of the most underrated films around and its a shame they never gather more press.

I like The Groomsmen because it tells you about the realities of life. The story is great for the husbands to be and the fathers to be. I like the acting of each actor and actress in the movie.
