This movie is rated R for a reason. It is very disturbing! The plot is excellent as well as the acting. I found the rape scene way too graphic for my taste. The pictures of the victims were very disturbing as well. This movie is really not for the faint of heart. The investigation portion of the show was fascinating as Blomkvist and Salander put the pieces together in an analytical fashion. Rooney Mara was very convincing as Salander. Also Daniel Craig did very well as Mikael Blomkvist.
