The Expendables 2(2012)- User Reviews

This was so much fun, so entertaining, and there were unexpected surprises too. Really, there aren't any better action heroes today than the ones we had yesterday, like Arnold, Bruce, Sly Stallone, John Claude, Dolph Lundgren and it is so good to see them again in all their glory. This movie made me ask, "why don't these guys make more films, so-what they are older?" Their absence has left such a hole in todays action films. With Jason Statham and Liam Hemsworth in the film it managed to blend the modern action stars with former action stars & the blend worked and brought the film into 2012 and made it modern and relevant. The film is fun, humurous, action packed (violent but not graphic) with no long unnecessary scenes or boring spots. I'd see it again and will wait for an Expendable 3. It's a terriffic film and it's is still playing in certain theatres, catch it if you can.
