Great superhero films are a different genres first and a superhero movie second. This film is. The story is complex enough to keep hardcore fans invested, but simple enough for the casual viewer to understand. the characters are complicated and intriguing. The action is suspenseful and and full of spectacle. The villain (while not as complex and psychological as the Joker) is extremely intimidating. Everything about this film is exceptional and shows how much love the filmmakers have for the source material. Call me a Nolan fan-boy, but its true. This movie is spectacular. Go see it now, and buy it on Blu-ray when it comes out.
