Very well put together in my opinion. Start to finish great story, great acting, and awesome action scenes.
I can't really see how they can make any sequels to this movie without one of the best actors in the industry: Christian Bale. I don't think watching another one will be the same. Obviously the movie created a ton of branching points for future movies but anything revolving around batman and the lead role needs to be Bale.
There were some pretty silly scenes and the 3 most that I remember were, the motorcycle accident in the beginning of the movie where the dude flips over and flops maybe 3 feet. It seemed to me he was traveling a little faster and maybe if the stunt devil slid 5 - 6 feet it would make it a little more realistic.
The second was when they blew the bridge with Robin Hood about to walk across the new pass zone. When they blew the bridge all the kids were still standing with Robin standing right next to the blast.
Lastly the death of the Marion Cotillard (Ms. Tate). Pretty big crash and she dies from it and yet the Commissioner walks out with a hurt arm, mind you he was in the back with an atom bomb that I'm assuming was strapped down.
